Why us
The Questions You're Probably Thinking
Evaluating an unfamiliar international partner raises fair objections. Here they are, answered directly — because a direct answer is more persuasive than avoiding the topic.
Why work with a partner based in Pakistan?
Because the engineering and technical talent is genuinely strong, and structuring delivery this way lets us offer senior-level attention at a cost that would be difficult to sustain from a US or UK base — without cutting corners on documentation, communication, or accountability. You get a named project lead, agreed working-hour overlap, and the same seven-stage methodology on every engagement, regardless of where it is delivered from.
How is this different from a staffing agency?
A staffing agency places people; Vertex Connect takes ownership of outcomes. Engagements are scoped, planned, and measured against defined success criteria. Staff augmentation is one engagement model we offer, not the whole of what we do.
What if something goes wrong mid-engagement?
Every engagement has a named point of contact and an agreed escalation path defined before work starts, not improvised after a problem occurs.
How do you handle time zones?
Working-hour overlap with your team is agreed as part of scoping. Reporting cadence and meeting times are set against your calendar, and asynchronous documentation covers the rest.
You don't have published case studies yet — why should we trust you?
Fair question. We're a growing firm and are building out a public case study library as engagements complete. In the meantime, we're glad to walk through relevant experience directly on a call, including references where permitted by client confidentiality.
How is our data and IP protected?
Confidentiality, scoped system access, and IP ownership are addressed in writing at engagement start. Access is granted for the engagement and revoked at close-out. See Security & Data Protection for the detail.
