Delivery

Engagements

How does an engagement start?
With a short call to understand the requirement, followed by a written scope covering deliverables, timeline, resourcing, and success criteria. Work begins once that scope is agreed.
Can you work on a single division only?
Yes. Most engagements involve one division. Divisions are combined only when the requirement genuinely spans more than one.
What is the smallest engagement you take on?
Standalone assessments and audits — a network audit, a security posture review, a technology evaluation — are common entry points and are deliberately scoped to be small and independent.

Commercials & contracting

How are engagements priced?
Fixed scope for defined projects and assessments; monthly rates for dedicated teams, managed support, and staff augmentation. Pricing is confirmed in the written scope before work starts.
Do you sign our contract and NDA?
Yes. We are used to working under client-side contracts, NDAs, and procurement terms.
Who owns the deliverables?
The default position is that engagement deliverables — documentation, designs, code — belong to the client, confirmed in the contract.

Delivery

How do you handle our time zone?
Working-hour overlap is agreed during scoping and set against your calendar, with asynchronous documentation covering the remainder.
Do you provide on-site support?
On-site support is available where feasible and scoped per engagement. Planning, design, assessment and documentation are delivered remotely.
What reporting can we expect?
Reporting frequency and format are agreed per engagement — typically status reporting on a fixed cadence plus milestone reviews.
